A machining and powder coating workshop located in Khanh Long residential area, Tan Khanh Ward — formerly Binh Duong province, now part of Ho Chi Minh City. We take on drawing-based machining work for factories, production workshops, mechanical contractors and individual customers in the area.
Nguyen Minh Engineering operates in metal machining and powder coating. Every stage — from blanking, bending and welding to finishing, surface treatment and coating — is carried out within the same workshop, so parts don't move between sites and delivery time is shortened.
We work directly from the customer's drawings. Before quoting, our technical team reviews dimensions, selects materials and proposes a cost-sensible machining plan; anything unclear on the drawing is confirmed with the customer before cutting begins.
Capabilities
Cutting – bending – punching sheet metal from DXF/DWG files or hand-drawn sketches
Welding steel structures, machine frames, supports, cabinets and equipment housings
Turning – milling machine parts and replacement parts from samples
Powder coating: surface treatment, phosphating, powder spraying, curing
Common materials: CT3/SS400 steel, galvanised sheet, 201/304 stainless, aluminium
Assembly, packing and on-site delivery
Our customers include production workshops, mechanical contractors and companies in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. For repeat orders, we keep jigs and coating specs on file so later batches match the first.
