Durable, corrosion-resistant powder coating for any metal part
We provide full-service powder coating for steel structures, machine frames, cabinets, mechanical parts and other metal products — from freshly machined parts to used items that need refinishing. The powder coat bonds firmly, resists impact and scratching, and holds its colour under sun and rain far better than liquid paint.
Surface treatment, powder spraying and curing are all carried out in-house, with no outsourcing to another shop. That lets us control quality at every layer, avoid scratches from transport between sites, and shorten delivery time.
Colours follow the standard RAL chart or a sample you provide; finishes include gloss, matte, wrinkle or textured on request. We take on single items and production batches alike.
POWDER COATING PROCESS
01 · Surface treatment
Degreasing, derusting and cleaning the metal surface — the step that determines how well the coating will adhere later. No matter how nice the finish, it will peel quickly on a surface that wasn't properly cleaned.
02 · Phosphating
A thin phosphate layer is applied to the metal surface, resisting corrosion and improving adhesion between the metal and the powder coat.
03 · Powder spraying
Powder is electrostatically charged and sprayed evenly onto the part with a dedicated gun, covering edges and inner surfaces that liquid paint often struggles to reach.
04 · Curing
Parts are cured in an oven at the right temperature so the powder melts and bonds firmly to the surface, giving a hard, evenly coloured, long-lasting finish.
